The Pileo system permits the production of frames with 25 mm thick panels. This system is unusual in that it allows one to cut panels produced in-house with a simple circular saw. Simple sheets are cut into panels for frames, such as door panels, with the PILE0000-1 and PILE0000-2 profiles.
The PLBP-00000 “panel block”, instead, is used to fasten the fixed panels in a secure and efficient manner (without need for further framing). This eliminates the need for expensive sheet processing centres.
The Pileo system permits the more independent and flexible manufacture of air handling units, without burdensome investment in heavy-duty machinery. The system comprises a set of perfectly integrated components. The result is the harmonious and precise nature of the frame, meeting even the most demanding of technical and aesthetic needs.
